Managers can evaluate their employees performance and allow employees to conduct their own self-evaluations. The scores are customizable and can be set according to any desired schedule. Appraisals are important for providing feedback to employees, offering additional motivation, and serving as the basis for promotions and other benefits.
Attendances
Managers can quickly see who is available at any given time directly from the database. It’s possible to create reports showing everyone’s working hours and to get an idea of which employees are working overtime or leaving work earlier than scheduled.
Employees
The application systematizes employee records, contracts, and company departments. When hiring a new employee, the first step is to create a new employee record. This record serves as a centralized repository for employee information, including work history, skills, personal data, documents, and more.
Frontdesk
This app is ideal for businesses that do not have a front desk employee, as well as for locations without a dedicated waiting area for guests and visitors.
Lunch
Orders
The app allows you to ‘Order Lunch’ by providing a summary of lunch offerings, user account information, and orders for the day.
Payment for lunch
Users pay for lunch directly through their account.
Payroll
Contracts
Employees may have a contract. The contract stipulates the terms and conditions of the employee’s position, compensation, working hours, salary, and other details related to their role.
Work entries
Work entries are created automatically in the Payroll application based on the employee’s salary structure type, as well as data from the Scheduling, Attendance, and Time Off applications. The Payroll app’s Work entries dashboard provides a visual overview of individual work records for each employee.
Payslips
Payslips are created either by the employees themselves or by their managers and are approved by employees with the appropriate rights. After payslips are approved, they are issued to employees, and payments are made according to the employee profile settings.
Reporting
A full range of reports is equipped with special filters.
Recruitment
The app organizes all job applicants through a pre-configured series of steps and milestones that each applicant goes through. Stages can be configured to automatically send an email using an established pre-configured template once an applicant’s card reaches a stage. When an applicant applies for a job, a candidate card is automatically created for that specific position. There is also a convenient interface for viewing and selecting vacancies for candidates.
Referrals
This is a centralized place where all referral information is stored, including points earned, employees hired, and rewards selected. Users can recommend people they know for jobs and earn referral points as those candidates progress through their recruiting journey.
Time Off
It serves as a centralized hub for all vacation-related information. This application manages requests, balances, allocations, approvals, and reports. Users can request leave and see an overview of their requests and remaining available time. Managers can allocate days off to individuals, teams, or the entire company and approve time off requests. Detailed reports can be created to see how many days off are being used, set accrual plans, and establish holidays.
