Invoicing Method

Invoice based

Customers are billed upon sales order confirmation, delivery completion, or based on the actual quantity delivered. Having various billing options offers greater flexibility.

Down payments

With a deposit, the buyer pays a portion of the total amount owed, agreeing to settle the remaining balance at a later date. In return, the seller delivers goods or services to the buyer upon receiving the deposit, expecting the remaining payment to be made later.

Pro-forma invoices

It is commonly used as a preliminary invoice with prices. This section specifies the type and quantity of goods, their cost, and other crucial details such as weight and transportation expenses.

Invoicing based on time and materials

Typically used when an accurate estimate of the project scope is not possible or when project requirements may vary. This contrasts with a fixed-price contract, where the client agrees to pay a set amount to complete the contract, irrespective of the costs incurred by employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. The application can generate invoices for time and various other expenses, as well as purchases necessary to fulfill the order.

Invoice project milestones

Milestone-based billing. This approach ensures a steady cash flow for the company throughout the project’s duration. Clients can closely track each phase of the project’s progress and pay large invoices in multiple installments instead of a single lump sum.

Reinvoice expenses to customers

While working on a project for a client, employees frequently need to cover various project-related expenses out of pocket. As a company, these costs must be reimbursed by the client.

Point of sale

Managing multiple employees

The application enables you to control access to a particular POS system for multiple employees simultaneously. You can select which users can log into the POS terminal and monitor the employees involved in each transaction.

Product combos

The application enables users to define and manage combination options for a single product.

In a restaurant setting, this feature allows users to create customizable menus. For instance, users can define an entrée and specify various choices for sides, drinks, or desserts that customers can select to accompany the entrée.

Products & Prices

Import products

The app offers a template for importing products along with their categories and variations, which can be accessed and modified using any spreadsheet software. After uploading, these products are immediately added to and available for editing in the product catalog.

Product variants

Variants provide individual products with a range of characteristics and options for customers to select, such as size, style, or color.

Price lists, discounts, and calculations

The app includes a customizable pricing list feature to accommodate various pricing strategies. These lists can be configured with specific criteria to apply particular prices or discounts. Price lists propose specific prices, but these can always be adjusted in the sales order.

Returns and refunds

The application offers two distinct methods for handling returns: Before invoicing and After invoicing. The approach chosen depends on whether an invoice has been issued.

Promotional and rewards programs

The app enables users to establish discount and loyalty programs that customers can utilize for future purchases. These programs provide more diverse, publicly accessible, and time-limited pricing options compared to standard list prices.

Rental

The application offers comprehensive rental setup and management solutions. Generate quotes, confirm bookings, schedule rentals, log products upon receipt and return, and bill customers all within this unified platform.

Send Quotations

Quotation templates

Within the app, merchants can develop reusable proposal templates for frequently offered products or services. These templates allow proposals to be customized and sent to clients more quickly, eliminating the need to create new proposals from scratch for each sales negotiation.

Add-on products

Complementary products are part of a marketing strategy that entails cross-selling items alongside the primary product. The objective is to provide customers with useful and related products, potentially boosting overall sales.

Digital signatures for order confirmations

The app allows customers to finalize orders with an online signature directly on the sales order. Once a sales order is electronically signed by the buyer, the seller associated with the order is immediately notified of the confirmation.

Digital payment order confirmation

The app enables customers to confirm orders through online payment directly on the sales order. Once the customer has made an electronic payment, the merchant associated with the sales order is immediately notified of the confirmation.

Quotation deadlines

The application enables setting deadlines for submitting sales proposals. This prompts clients to act swiftly during sales negotiations, fearing they might miss a good deal. Additionally, deadlines can protect the company if an order needs to be fulfilled at a price that is no longer profitable for the business.

PDF quotation generator

The app allows you to send customers a fully personalized pricing PDF that highlights the company and products, featuring detailed information and design elements, instead of merely displaying the price and total.

Subscriptions

Subscription products

The app enables users to sell subscription products alongside regular sales products. Whereas regular products are sold as one-time purchases, subscription products include renewal options, creating recurring revenue.

Subscription plans

Subscription plans are predefined templates used to set up offers for subscription products. Utilize subscription plans to efficiently create subscription orders.

Automated protocols

If you have active subscriptions, it is crucial to keep current with your customers. Utilize automation effectively to avoid manually checking your subscriber list for updates. The app enables users to set up automated emails, assign tasks to salespeople, and send satisfaction surveys to subscribers to evaluate their experience.

Subscription reports

The app offers a range of reporting pages that assist businesses in analyzing their subscription performance. Users can access detailed data on recurring subscriptions, the total number of subscriptions, the count of active or suspended subscriptions, and additional metrics.
